STATE Representative Don Schroeder answers a question from a constituent Saturday morning during a legislative coffee session at Golden Harvest in Halstead. Senator Carolyn McGinn was also present for the discussion. HALSTEAD—About 17 members of the Halstead community gathered at Golden Harvest early Saturday morning for a legislative coffee session with State Senator Carolyn McGinn and Representative Don Schroeder.
